Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Nasser Bourita held, Thursday in London, talks with British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Boris Johnson, on ways to strengthen bilateral relations in the political, economic and cultural fields.
During the talks, the two ministers also discussed the latest developments in the Moroccan Sahara issue as well as security cooperation.
To this end, they agreed to launch the strategic dialogue between the two countries.
The meeting also tackled regional security, mainly the situation in Libya and the Sahel.
During this visit, Bourita also held talks with officials from the ministry of Defense and the Home Office, as well as a meeting with the Deputy National Security Advisor to the British Prime Minister’s Office.
