Hakim Ziyech Wins Lion d’Or 2018

Ajax Amsterdam star Hakim Ziyech has been designated as the 2018 winner of Morocco’s Al-Mountakhab sports magazine award. Ziyech picked up a total of 332 points ahead of Achraf Hakimi (Borussia Dortmund, 190 points) and Nordin Amrabat (Al Nasr, 80 points).

This is the first time that this award, created in 2004, is handed to the best Moroccan football player. In the previous editions, this award was given to the best African football player. 2018 List
