The Megarama Maroc group has extended its network in Morocco after the opening on Monday of Megarama Rabat, a 12-room multiplex worth 70 million dirhams.
Sixth movie theatre complex of the French group founded by Jean Pierre Lemoine after Casablanca, Marrakech, Fez and Tangier, Megarama Maroc is equipped with the latest generation in 4K laser projector technology for 2D and 3D, as well as Dolby 7.1 sound.
The twelve rooms have a capacity of 1,500 people per session, the group said in a statement, noting that “spectators will be able to attend the screening of the latest national and international blockbusters on club or premium seats”.
Located in the Arribat shopping Centre, Megarama Rabat has created more than 35 jobs. It includes a space dedicated to companies and individuals to organize private screenings.
