Sahara – Talking About Direct Negotiations with Polisario is “ a Desperate Attempt to Hide Polisario’s Failure”, Official

Minister delegate for relations with parliament and civil society, government spokesperson Mustapha El Khalfi flatly denied, Thursday in Rabat, the existence of direct talks between Morocco and the polisario front concerning the Moroccan Sahara issue, underlining that the fact of talking about such allegations reflects a desperate attempt to hide the polisario’s repeated failures.

“There are absolutely no direct talks (between Morocco and polisario) and nothing is planned in this regard,” El Khalfi said at a press briefing following the weekly cabinet meeting.

The parties spreading this kind of issues are desperately trying to hide the polisario front’s recent repeated failures at all levels, he said.
